This was our second stay during our holiday break, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptional – friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. I was happy to see that the TV channel setup issue we experienced on our previous visit had been improved. Our friends did mention that their TV channels were still not set correctly, so there may be a bit of inconsistency there. A special mention to the Food & Beverage Manager, Ms. Telang Pitso – such a kind-hearted individual. Thank you for your warm assistance on arrival. It really set the tone for a wonderful stay. Dinner was another highlight – the food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. Compliments to the dinner team for a memorable evening. We also truly appreciated the early check-in on the day of arrival – it made such a difference after a long journey. Overall, another excellent stay. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We will definitely be back again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, running every half an hour from and to the airport during the day (can be arranged as needed after hours as well). The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I ordered room service for dinner, very easy to order, fast service and a lovely meal. My room was quiet and dark with the curtains closed, and I had a fantastic sleep! All staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. The price was fantastic compared to other hotels near the airport. I will definitely stay here again in the future when travelling through Joburg.

My mom and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night prior to our overseas flight. The proximity to the airport was the reason for choosing this hotel, however, this hotel is suitable for longer stays as the rooms are so comfortable. The staff were amazing. From the moment that we checked in, we had superb service. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was not only amazing but in such generous portions that we could not finish our meal. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was a bonus! We will definitely choose this hotel again should we need to be close to the airport.

The Bus station is well signposted and there are poster for the shuttle minibus. This ran every 30 mins and took less than 10 mins. Hotel was clean, good restaurant and breakfast. Very helpful staff, who were eager to please. There's a gym if you are keen to exercise and a swimming pool to cool down. The outdoor space backs onto a dual carriage way and the airport - OK for a day or two. I was pleased with our choice - worked well as a transfer.

Everyone talks so nicely to you, I mean you really don’t get that often around Europe, so I was impressed. Even though the airport was just across the street and the highway right there, it was still quiet and I slept like a baby. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was also rich and looked good, but I didn’t eat a lot myself, as I usually skip breakfast in my everyday life. So I would recommend!
